Inside Fes, Morocco you can find a countless amount of bakeries that bake bread in the old traditional way. If you’re going to get bread, this is the way to go.

As an aside from the normal tourist attraction Lake Powell is, one can easily visit Antelope Canyon, a photogenic (as above) red sandstone passage. There you can see laser-like sunbeam penetrating from the surface.

Today at Indiana University was the Little 500, a bike race and the subject of the movie Breaking Away. I had the chance to attend back in 2010 and this is one of the photos that I took.

Varanasi, India is one of the oldest cities in the world. I think many of boats that are used to meander around the Ganges were built when the city was founded. Due to that fact, many of the boats need to be fixed and all around the river you can see many people doing just that.

It’s a holy yet extremely hectic place. It’s also a place I would love to visit again.

A collection of some really amazing photos from 2011.

On the island of Suomenlinna right after dusk, there is a soccer field with a church in the background. According to Wikipedia, it once had five onion domes.

Really though, I’d prefer a followup to the D300s. Come on Nikon!

New Year, New Fruit on Flickr.

Since Chinese New Year just passed, I thought I’d post one of my own favorite photos. For Chinese New Year, Orange trees are good luck, hence there are many of these trees driving around Hanoi
